Akku Euro Kat

The Akku Euro Kat purifies 8,000 m/h exhaust air from a painting system. It is a combination process of concentration and catalytic oxidation.

With a process air fan, the polluted exhaust air flow is drawn to the adsorption rotor. In the adsorption sector of the rotor, the pollutants are adsorbed on non-combustible material and are then eliminated to a concentration under the required gas threshold values. In the desorption sector, the concentrated pollutants are desorbed again with hot gas and then purified with the downstream catalytic oxidation.

In the cooling sector of the adsorption rotor, the rotor is cooled to be adsorptive again.
