Catalytic air purification for the automotive industry

With a full automatic flow rate control between 500 to 2,000 nm³/h, the Prantner catalytic air purification system eliminates pollutants such as gasoline (60/95), heptanes or acetone to a residual concentration of less than 20 mg/nm³. The incoming concentration is set to 25% LEL for reasons of explosion protection. At this concentration (25% LEL), autothermal operation is possible for every combustible hydrocarbon. This means that no energy must be supplied for maintaining the purification reaction.
